About

After 15 years of owning a custom design studio in Sudbury, MA, iLAH decided to start producing her own designs in the form of mini-collections. Each little collection is a story. Some are humorous, some are irreverent, some are simple and classic. Her love of pop-culture, animals, lab grown diamonds, and the f-bomb are well represented.

iLAH believes in using diamonds that are truly human rights friendly, not just "conflict free".

iLAH's flagship store in Worcester is one of New England's first immersive shopping experiences and is sure to delight. Along with the jewelry made in house, iLAH sells art and gifts. Check out our events page to find out what fun events are coming up.

Our hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11am to 7pm.

The Jewelry You F♥cking Deserve

Values

Inclusivity, individuality, transparency, sincerity, humor, community, sustainability, curiosity, education, and sex positivity.

Inclusivity

All people are welcome at iLAH. We don't believe jewelry has a gender. You define your relationships and traditions. There is no right or wrong way to get engaged. We offer rings from size 4 to 15 standard, but can make any size you need.

iLAH is proud to be a certified Woman Owned Business Enterprise and a member of both the National and Massachusetts LGBTQ Chambers of Commerce. iLAH is one of the only queer owned jewelry stores in New England.

Education

Buying jewelry can be easy. You like the way something looks and fits, great! But if you have questions, we have answers. iLAH believes in educating her customers and listening to her customers wants and needs. Whether it is learning more about responsibly sourced diamonds, purchasing an engagement ring that isn’t a diamond at all, or wanting to know about how pieces are made and how well they will hold up over time, iLAH will give it to you straight. If you ask her about lab grown diamonds she might never shut up though, so be careful. We are the only jewelry store in New England that carries Aether Diamonds, which are the world's first carbon negative lab grown diamond made entirely from recaptured CO2.

Transparency

iLAH is sarcastic and enjoys dark humor. She genuinely loves all of the kinky, poly, queer, and sex positive communities that she makes jewelry for. Using recycled metals and responsibly sourced stones is something she is personally passionate about. iLAH is all about challenging norms and breaking them down. Her brand and her store are built for anyone who as ever felt uncomfortable in a traditional jewelry store. She is a passionate misfit and weirdo. What about you?

Hi, I'm iLAH (she/her)

I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and started making jewelry in high school. After moving to Boston to attend Boston University, I made Massachusetts my home. I attended the North Bennet Street School in Boston for Jewelry Making and Repair. NBSS is the oldest continuously functioning trade school in America. I am currently on the facility advisory committee for the jewelry program and teach CAD at the school. In 2023, I was honored to receive the school’s Distinguished Alumni Award. After moving to Worcester in 2016, I decided I wanted to move my business here as well. When I’m not working, I enjoy Star Trek, bad reality TV, true crime podcasts, and running.

Our Team

I am so grateful for this incredible group of people. Liyah and Yanise bring positive attitudes and laughter to the sales floor. Jessica and Stephanie spend their days in the workshop finishing rings and pendants. Our on staff artist John does our product photography and has painted a number of murals and backdrops for our building and cases.

Making Magic

When I purchased the building at 218 Franklin Street it was a dilapidated garage. It took more than a village to renovate the space into our store and workshop. Our amazing retail experience would not have been possible without Heritage Exteriors, Penn Ruderman, John Powers, and Joe Stansky. Special thanks to the creative minds of John Vo, Jessica Sadlier, Bruja the Villain, and Hank Von Hellion for their artwork.

Extra special thanks to Melanie Crandall, Adam Dani, and Jessica Karlinsky for their love and support during this crazy project. This space is dedicated to the memory of my father, Gerhard Cibis.
